Quilt? is a collection of wheel thrown stoneware tubes that have been threaded on a deep blue cotton cord. It references a denim quilt I was given by my mother and the Appalachian quilting traditions that were practiced by my grandmother and great grandmother in West Virginia and Southwest Virginia.
