Shelf (of sorts) aims to address the question of where things belong and what holds them there. The large form was constructed to monumentalize the comfort of a custom made cubby hole. It creates a space for objects to exist as they are. Because of this, it can be utilized as a functional piece of furniture. The coil built form sits on a handmade maple base.
